These are the keywords people think about when they speak about the movie, The Hunger Games. The action, the fashion, and the rebellion are the main elements that made people remember this great movie.
It was a tough decision to choose only one keyword and to use for this pet shop project. Nonetheless, whichever keyword that I use will still contribute to a great theme.
The television show in The Hunter Games is the most appealing point in the story plot. The stylist dress up the main characters according to the district they came from. Their styles has great impact on the capital city. People who lived there wanted to follow and dress up like the characters. My objective, is to bring the unique fashion and style from The Hunger Game as a theme to my new pet store project. It will gives dog owner a new trend on dog fashion.

My target audience are people who are trendy, outspoken, creative, and an influencer icon. They should not be shy to show who they are and must be unique like Lady GaGa or Miley Cyrus.
Just like the character Johanna Mason in the movie The Hunger Games, who knew what they wanted and was not afraid to wear their fashion inspiration.
I had several ideas of a possible name and tag lines. Most of them are inspired from the theme of The Hunger Games. It is hard to pick the best to fit with my dog shop project, but the next page will have the explain.
District k9 is the designer for the dog and its owner with the taste, style, and fashion.
“ Play in style, roll in style, and eat in style” will be the tag line for the brand.
The tag line delivers a message to the dog owner that they will expect quality, unique, and outspoken fashion from shopping in our store.
There were many ideas for my logo but I chose the font style Sign Painter and House Script as my font for the word "district", and chose Arial Black for "K9".
The purpose of the crown icon on the top of "K9" makes people feel their dogs are classy just like the theme of the movie.

Due to my focus on entertainment, the colors on my mood board will make people feel excitement
I chose five different colors that appear a lot on the mood board. Most of colors are bright and cheerful, which make people feel excited while they see my brand.
I chose the font style Baskerville as the type for the title and Gill Sans as the font for the body paragraphs. The combination of San serif and serif will give customers a better visual.
The teaser poster is to attract people to come to our store for the very first time. The poster includes information about opening day with a social media icon to let people get engaged and research more about our shop.
My store will be located in the highest fashion street on Fifth Avenue in New York City
The billboard will display bigger image in the public so people will recognized our brand while they driving a car.
Subway is the most popular transportation in the NYC. This poster is displaying on the entrance of subway. It will attract more people to recognize our brand.
Bus is another transportation that people used the most in the NYC. With the light behind the poster, people could see the poster in the dark or evening.
I had created three different patterns for my package design.
The patterns will separate the poster designs but serve the same purpose for my branding.
The box for the Golden Bone has a heart shaped pattern on a square package. When the box close it will shows four circles on top of each corner and two big hearts; this interlock closing the box. The heart shape on the box is a dedication to how much a owner should love their pet.
The tag was designed for the Golden Bone. The color of the tag matches with the box. With crown shaped design on the tag, the customer will remember this is a special toy they have received from District k9.
The box for Medallion Plush looks like a purse. The diamond shaped pattern mimic the design as a fashionable designer bag.

The box for the Platinum Disk looks like a hat box and it was designed for the round shaped disk.
The flowers were composed by diamonds, showing the feeling of high-end fashion when the customer receive the package. Their dog will “Play in style.”

The food package were specifically designed for our clients.
The square line with different colors reminds people of the spotlight from the stage. With steak and a wine glass, the client will immediately know the flavor of the food they need to choose for their special dog.
